I got an email (Ready for Visa) today asking me to send my passport to the CPC Ottawa. I assume this is PPR.
However, I don't see any update on the CIC application reflecting this status change yet. It still has the following in Background Check Status.
"Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
Can I go ahead and send my passport? Or should I wait for the status to change in CIC website as well?
