Passports sent to multiple visa office

I have recently received PPR and sent my passport to CPC-Ottawa. My dependents' passports were sent to Singapore visa office because they are currently living outside of North America. I have not received any update from both of the visa offices, ecas, gckey after that (more than two weeks).

Did anyone faced similar scenario and give me idea how long will it take to return passports or application approval?

Send reminders to both of them through web form and emails. Ask your vfs centers through email , mentioning tracking and Reference numbers.
