passports sent to london from ksa 5 weeks ago

hi all,

I hope that someone can help me.

After 2 weeks from sending mine and family passports to london from KSA to stamp the permanent resident visa we discovered that we didn't send the pre-paid self address enveloppe so we send the enveloppe back with an apology letter.

it has been 5 weeks since we sent the passports and 3 weeks since we sent the pre-paid enveloppe and still didn't recieve our passports back.

Can anyone share experiences, why they are taking long time to send the passports? how long it will take more?

Any help and support would be greatly appreciated.

No need to send prepaid envalop just wait for passports to be devlivered to you by aramix at the time when you receive passports you have to pay Aramix

it's too late now we already sent the pre-paid enveloppe by aramex and we're waiting.
I hope that sending the enveloppe doesn't delay us more.
