Hi,
After my interview last year I was asked by CHC to get my address changed because they had an old address. I used an agent to apply for PR. I asked this agent to get my address changed and send other documents CHC had asked for. After a few months I was asked by CHC to send passports for stamping, which I did and they have received them a week back.

I don't have proof if my agent did a address change for me. I am worried that in case the return envelop (I have sent) does not work, CHC might send my passports to my old address.

My 2 questions are:
1. If they have already sent the passports to my old address and if the passorts are returned to CHC, is there a chance they might cancel my PR becuase I did not give them my present address?

OR

2. What do you think the CHC will do in case the passports are returned to them?

Thanks!

first how did you know that they asked your passport for stamping? did they call you or mail you for that? secondly, i dont think they will ask your passport to be stamped if they havent updated your information from their list. but then again you can call them and ask for yourself thats the safest thing to do.. good luck! :D

I received a call from them. Then they sent me an email with the letter asking for PPs and photographs. I also sent a metered return envelop from USPS with $3 worth of extra stamping on top of the amount it cost me to send the documents from here.
