Passports for kids

My both the kids were born in India and Father is Canadian citizenship.
Need to know if i need to apply for Canadian passport or Indian passport for visitor visa for visiting their father in Canada this summer.
My both the kids have never visited Canada though they have granted citizenship.

Please guide

You could do it either way, if they were granted citizenship then they must have citizenship cards, you want the crossing to be quick and easy so an Indian passport and their citizenship card would work, but as Canadian citizens it would make travelling easier if they had Canadian passports. reduce the amount of visa's they would have to get etc...
