My spouse and I have entered the very final stage for PR after applying from within Canada. We sent our passports to CPP - Ottawa on January 2nd by priority mail, however when I track the package online, it shows "out for delivery" since January 3rd.
Canada Post has informed me that the package was received at a bulk mail depot in Ottawa, where it has been awaiting pick-up by CPP - Ottawa since January 3rd. The customer service agent explained that CPP usually sends a driver down regularly to pick up their bulk mail, but couldn't explain why this had not yet happened.
Has anyone ever had a similar problem or heard of something like this happening? Should I stop worrying over this?
