Hey, under Family Class, my wife's passport has been with NDVO for 7 months now. I emailed them and no reply. So I would say anticipate delay, however, it depends case-to-case as to how long they will take to issue a visa. As it seems the visa office does not give a crap to holding someone's travel document for so long. For them I guess passport is all and only for Canada.
Hi All i have sent my passports on 25th Oct ,2013 yet passports havent returned nor any reply to my track emails to them , the most imp document of a citizen is held beyond 2 months now , can any one throw light and help plzz , Thank You
