Hi Guys,

My girlfriend and I are getting ready to submit our application but she recently lost her Canadian Passport and the re-issue is in process. She has her birth certificate to include with the pack but should we hold off until we receive her new passport.

No, send it with a letter advising that the passport was lost and is being replaced and a copy of the ID page will be supplied once issued if necessary.
