I have been issued an ITA.In the column to upload passport it says,it should include name, expiration,date of birth and include all blank pages.Do I have to upload all 36 blank pages of the passport.

Typically they are only interested in the picture/personal details page and any pages with stamps or markings, but if it explicitly asks to include blank pages as well you should follow the instructions.
