Go back to the office where your passport has been issued and ask them why they it waws not signed by the designated officer. They will do the necessary corrections, I believe without any additional fees as this is their fault.

If your passport was taken through fixers, then possibility is high that your passport is fake. I suggest you do the filing yourself at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your area.

no is not fake, i renue my passport in DFA office im here now cavite im far to go back in tacloban to ask about my passport im not go fixers im go DFa office renue my passport. can i get new another passport in DFA in here in manila...

It is against the law to have 2 issued passports. You have to address the problem with your existing passport. As you do not want to go back to Leyte, you can come to Cavite DFA and show them your passport and ask them their advise on what to do. Do not file another passport without telling any DFA office that you had a previous passport.

Kabayan, electronic passport na ba ang hawak mo? Sa electronic passport wala ng space intended for your signature. Sa pagkakaalam ko ang signature mo mag aappear na below the picture of your passport. I think walang problema ang passport mo.

If you have the burgundy passport then it is okay.

going to quebec ba is need speak french....? mostly people there speak french.. in appling visa spouse quebec is need french?

I suppose it is a requirement for FSW category 1 applications. Pero kung family sponsorship ang visa mo, meaning kukunin ka ng husband mo, I dont think it will be a requirement. Yon nga lang, pagdating mo doon at gusto mong mag apply ng trabaho, kakailanganin malamang ang French language skills mo. But for entering Canada purposes on a family sponsored visa like yours, I dont think it is a requirement.
