Do I need to scan all the stamps or any marks on the passport for the Express Entry?

My agency told me that although the requirement says I need to scan them all, they said I can just upload my bio page and it should be good enough. They also mentioned that the CIC will ask for the passport stamps pages later when the PR decision has been made.

OR just to be on the safe side, should I ust scan all the pages including blank pages?

I would always choose to be on the safe side and upload everything. It's not such a huge task to scan the whole passport. And that way you know that you've done all you could. Better to be safe, than sorry
