passport visa atatus

Hi!
Its me Hezel.Can anyone help me?
My application is TFW under live in caregiver program.
I submit my passport last feb.23,2015,
immigration found out that i dont have yet my medical.
March 24 I've done my medical and as per the clinic they forwarded
to the immigration already my medical report march 30
.Do you know how long will i wait to get my passport back?
