I've a serious concern here. I submitted our passports to Nairobi VFS in-person on 9th Feb 2024. My tracker got updated on 12th Feb acknowledging receipt of our passports. Same day, our application got approved on my CIC account with Counterfoils. Status on tracker changed to CLOSED but since then, no email from VFS asking me to come and collect our passports. Is this normal?
Can I go to VFS office without receiving email asking me to do so?
I'm confused now because my Kenya visa expires on 29th Feb and I need my passport to extend it
