Hi. I did my dad's application online here in canada. And I just received an instruction for Passport submission. Now, I cant really understand the process on how. Does he need to mail the passport and the letter? How much managers check to include? If its in-person? How much does he need to pay? Are they going to hand back right away my dad's passport same day? Or he needs to pay for a return courier? Please help me. Want to submit the passport right away.

I replied to your question about the fees the first time you posted.

He can submit it in person or mail his passport to VFS Global in Makati or Cebu, whichever is nearer.
