passport stuck in the embassy

I applied for student visa from Pakistan on 5-07-2017 but refused on 18-07-2017 and my passport is submitted in embassy yet.can anybody tell why embassy is not returning my passport

And how can I contact to AbuDhabi immigration office.....
please reply me I am worried about my passport..

You can call the Abu Dhabi Embassy 971-(0) 2-694-0300 long waiting time so be patient also go to gerrys with your receipt this is really serious
