Passport Stamps translations for PR card renewal; need advice!!

Hi guys
I am sending my PR card renewal. I have two passports, current one, expires 2022, issued in 2012, and the other one issued 2002 and expired in 2012.
On the older passport i visited Dubai once, and have stamps in Arabic language, that was in 2003. Do i need to do translation for this since it is in 2003? and PR card renewal process assess only last 5 years?
Any good advice would really help.

Your old passport expires in 2012. You are counting five years from 2011-2012 . This period is within the expiry limit of your old passport, therefore it is appropriate to provide details of that passport too. Yes an English translation is menderory.
