Passport Size Photo - Specs?

Might be easier to have a clear photo without specs but others can comment. The above instructions imply either is acceptable if glare from glasses is not present. Glasses with a tint not accepted. Personally I would go without specs.

You may get it with specs
The instructions state that 'You may wear non-tinted prescription glasses as long as your eyes are clearly visible. Make sure that the frame does not cover any part of your eyes. Sunglasses are not acceptable.'
