It has been really stressful and I need help.
I received my PPR on 21st of November, 2024 and sent my passport for stamping on 4th of December,2024.
I mistakenly sent it to CPC-Ottawa Operations Support Center (OSC), 365 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 1L1 instead of Temporary Resident Visa Section, CPC-Ottawa (e-application), 365 Laurier Avenue West, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 1L1.
It's been over a month now I have no updates and IRCC people don't even tell me if they have received it at wrong station or not.
The UPS courier says they delivered it to scanning facility on 4th of December.
Please help what I should do, don't know if I should now report for loss of passport and go for a new one.
