passport sending

is there anybody who sent the passport to new delhi visa office from canada.
please give me the instruction how to send and how they will return back and also applicant is in canada and his family is in india and got the request for whole family.

Hi,

Your query is somewhat simillar to my case. My consultant requested that I send the passport after obtaining a bonafide certificate from a notary public that another person is validated to carry the passport for the specific purpose. I did this and also attached all the canadian embassy request documents to send the passport to India.
