I recently received email from CPCO which request me sending my passport to USA visa center. There is a list of documents that I made:
1. Passports
2. request passport letter
3. Cashier Check: service fee/each person/$31.4
4. VAC Consent Form: signed VAC consent form; Two copies of VAC Consent form each applicant.
5. Contact Infomration Form
6. Photos: pay attention on requirements and need the photographer's signature and date on the back of the photo.
7. Enclose the prepaid evenlope for visa center to mail you back the documents.
If anyone mail passports to USA visa center, please let me know if there is any other documents that I forgot to put in my documents' list. And also, I have no idea where we can take this photos in USA based on Canada's photo requirement，who knows that, please reply me. thanks a lot.
