passport returned without visa and landing paper

Hi guys I got my daughters passport request on 7th November 2020 and submitted passport from VFS on 27th Nov 2020. After waiting almost one month and half I collected passport but there is no visa or landing paper, only blank passport and photos. My daughters medical expired in January 2021.
Whats going on, if you have any ideas plz respond me

I am also in the exact same situation. Got PPR back in Oct 2020. Medical expires in Jan 2021. I got my passport back but no visa, no COPR and no any letters. My online status shows Decision Made but in my login CIC account, it shows still in process.

Did you call them or find out any more info. I sent an email to them.

I also sent them email but didn’t hear anything from them, I’m thinking to send passport again through VFS. My cic status says decision made, there is no any change since they sent pp back.
