Passport Return Timeline

Please help!!!!!!!
I applied for my pr under BC PNP and i got my request for passport on 26 Feb and i did send my passport to cpc-ottawa which was received on March 3 but haven't heard anything back yet and my xpresspost return tracking number is not activated yet!!!!
How long does it take for cpc- ottawa to stamp passport and return. My details are as follows:

Passport Request - 26 Feb, 2016
Passport Send - 29 Feb, 2016
Passport Received at Ottawa- 3 March, 2016
Passport Return- ??????

Its been more than 2 weeks, I am really worried please help!!!!!!

I just got my passport back from CIC. Here is my timeline.

Applied for TRV: 1st Mar 2016
Received Passport request: 2nd Mar 2016
Sent Passport to CIC (expresspost): 2nd Mar 2016
Received by CIC: 3rd Mar 2016
Return Tracker activated: 7th Mar 2016 (Shows: Electronic information submitted by shipper)
CIC sent back my passport (got update on tracker): 16th Mar 2016
Passport received: 17th Mar 2016
