Passport return timeline after PPR

hi all, below is the timeline for my PPR. We still haven't received passports, any idea when they'll return the passports?

-PPR on Mar 4
-sent all passports to Ottawa office, delivered on Mar 11
-PR shows approved and case closed on mar 19

it's been a week and i have not heard anything from IRCC or ottawa visa office, any advice? Thanks.

ok thank you! Will i get any emails or should I just check the return label tracking status to see if it's being returned?
