Passport return time??

I sent my passport to the New York VAC today. Do you know how long it will take for me to get my passport back? Also, I included a USPS Priority Mail Express envelope with a tracking number. Is this okay? I got kind of confused when I checked the CSC-CVAC website and read "you must include a pre-paid Air Waybill when you submit your passport to the VAC."... Was the envelope I sent okay, or would there be any issues?

According to CIC website, the processing time is 16 days. You will get your passport back at the end of the processing period, with either a visa, or a refusal letter.
The enveloppe you included is okay as well. The VAC, unless I'm wrong, has the responsibility to check for that.
