I recently got a PPR from CPC Ottawa and I sent them my passport from the US. While in the FedEx store the employee told me that they cannot create a return label since it is international shipment, instead asked me to include my FedEx account number in the package so that IRCC could create one to ship my passport back. I just came to know that I could have created a return shipping label on my own but was not aware of this previously. What can be done at this point? I have sent an email to CPC Ottawa asking them if they can use the account number or if I should send them a label and no response yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this situation is making me anxious.
