passport return delayed from CHC_islamabad

hi evryone,
is there anyone whose passport return from islamabad embassy is delayed by more than 4 months? and who is being asked for police certificates again.
please get connected here so that we could get info how much more time they may take.
i sent my passport in january and still not received back.

You have to contact (Phone or fax or email or all you use) as soon as possible why they have too late.

i have already emailed them. they said that they are doing background verifications. and a month they asked me police certificates again. i submitted them, but now no reply..
