Passport requirement for online citizenship application

Hi I have already submitted online application, and still waiting for AOR, but I have a few questions about passport scanning document - wanted to make sure if what I did is concerning:
1. does it require only the bio page or all pages including stamps for other countries' travelling? Does bio page means the first page including name/birth/those kind of information?
2. I accidentally wrote passport expire date same as issue date, but uploaded passport bio page (if they check my passport bio page, they would notice what I wrote in the application is wrong). Would that be concerning or lead to rejection?

1- All pages. Yes bio page is the first page with your personal details.
2- I am not sure. If they opened your file and didn't return it, send them a webform explaining your mistake.

I have the same concern regarding passport pages. Paper application asks for all the pages, but the online application only asks for bio page. I am about to submit an online application soon, and have only attached first and last page (personal details) in the travel document - passport section. I am also planning to attach the visa pages under the travel document section, but separately from the passport, with each visa corresponding to one travel document. Would that be an incorrect approach?
