passport request

Good morning, passport has been request for HB yesterday 25 days after medical as a quebec selected skill worker. I think it's good news, but the letter says "don't buy airline ticket, resign or sell your goods". does that mean PR can still be refused at this time?. If it's OK, next step will be where to settle, search job bank and decide when to land, and start sponsorsip for the rest of the family. strange thing by the way. No proof of fund has been required...

congrats 2 u. may be they will tak thier time to stamp ur PP and in returning it 2 u, that's why they have written all that.
