Copy Passport: Please submit a copy of a valid passport; the passport expiry date must be valid for a period of 6 months or more.

NOTE: You have until August 10, 2014 to submit the required to visa office.
As a US citizen, the visa office will not require your original passport, just photocopies or scanned copies. In order to proceed, please scan the bio-data page of your passport to me and we will proceed with its submission to the visa office for you. As well, please confirm the address where you would like to have your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) documents returned to in the following format (note that FedEx does NOT accept PO Box addresses):
