Passport Request Timestamp

Hey guys, it seems that a bunch of us got passport requests sent out yesterday Dec 14th.

On my gmail account it shows that message was sent on "Fri, Dec 9, 2011 at 9:54 AM", however I got it only yesterday. Does anyone else have this sort of discrepancy ?
