Passport request thru email??Singapore office

Here is my situation, im sponsoring my wife from Vietnam the visa office is in singapore. We just when thru the interview and now we have been send for a re exam of my wife's medical and update police certificate. which mean they pass us? rite? next is passport request rite? anyone know how long it will take for them to notify me for the passport if so will it be by email or mail.

Singapore dont send PPR by email but mail..hope this will help
