Hi,

Very simple. Put the photos in a small envelope and clip it to the passport.

Put passport in a medium size envelope, write your file number over the envelope and attach a copy of your PPR over the envelope. Put everything in the courier envelope and send it.

That is all.

Good luck!!!

Dont over-worry about it. I just put everything in 1 envelop and then the courier's envelop. Even no cover letter. I got my pp back after 2 wks, very quick.

This is what I did:
1. Wrote a cover letter. -basically thanking them & noting the contents of the envelope.
2. All Pics in a 'studio' pouch. -stapled to the cover letter.
3. Original pps. -just placed inside the envelope.
4. Typed the 'updated information form'. -CHC had sent that alongwith the PPR [had height & eye color details].
5. Enclosed a 'self addressed' A4 size envelope. -the PPR letter asked for it [to get the pps back].

Note:
a) Sent by DHL. Attached a copy of the PPR letter on top of the envelope [so that customs didn't have to question, -I was sending my pps from Dubai to London].
b) The package reached the very next day at CHC-London [tracked it online].
