So I have received a passport request letter. My application is being processed in Singapore, however, I am now living in South Africa.
What exactly do I need to do to ensure my passport can get to Singapore without it arriving and being without some essential info or payment etc and then just being sent back. The website is very vague and I phoned the nearest vfs glabal office to my home and they were no help at all.
