SHould I Take A separate PP for BABY or Is there any way that they can Stamp VISA on Mothrers PP

I know Sticker will beissued Based on No of Person in the File So Is that Possible to Put Two Sticker in the Same PP

So i am guessing for BD they need separate PP for all the persons.
