Passport request from CIC office please help

I got a passport request from the CIC office in Accra to submit my passport for visa yesterday part of the letter read:

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REQUIRED TO ISSUE YOUR VISA:
- Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa.

Please can anyone enlighten me on what form is IMM8, is it the same as IM008 - Application for Permanent Residence?

I have already submitted updated forms about 6 months ago before going for medicals and at the moment there's nothing to update

If u don't have any change [increase/decrease] in your family strength, u don't need to send that form again. Just write a letter to CHC stating 'no change', alongwith your pps.
