Is there anyone that give me wright answer please

I applied for permanent resident application withing canada ( ns ) in pnp progrram.
I am on restoration status ( 90 days period that I can stay in canada but cant work untill I get my new work-permit which I applied before 15 days) so I would like to know that after receiving file number , Can I go to my country ( india )
and can do medical plus more imporatantly passport request from india and how Huh

can your work permit first within canada; then apply for trv (takes 13-15 days) .. once you have both, you can go india and once you get email for PPR, come here and get your passport stamped.
