first of all , you should provide your details for which purpose you are asking?. if for study? then yes you may require to show your B statement as POF.

If LVO has asked you to submit POF at Islamabad High commission along with PPR then you must submit it otherwise no need. Normally it is not asked along with ppr but exceptions are always there. Could you plz share your timeline?
