Passport renewal

I submitted my passport for renewal in BLS two days before I received invitation for CEC. However my it was still valid until May, 2024.
Can I upload the old passport, or I should wait to get the new passport deliver?

go ahead with the old passport(as this one is valid unless you've received it back from the consulate with cancelled stamp), and make sure you upload the new one as soon as you get it through Webform.
