I got Post Graduation work permit. But I didn't submit My passport for TRV stamp. My passport expires in next year. I have now only 10 months to renew it. Should I need to submit my passport for TRV stamp first and then for renewal? or could I apply for passport renewal without TRV stamp?

Renew your passport then apply for the visa, if you don't you're going to go through the same process twice for no reason
