Passport renewal post application submission

I recently got my passport renewed since it was due expiry early next year. I have already submitted my PR application.
How do I submit the updated passport details to CIC? I do not see any update option on Submitted Applications page. Also all the fields appear as read-only. Kindly help.

I am in a similar situation. Did you receive any response from CIC after you sent a CSE?

Apologies for the late response.
I did get a response from CIC about a week saying "Please note that we have received your supporting documents and we have attached them to your application."
