Hello Guys! I need your expert advice,,, I was informed by my employer that i have to renew my passport because it will expire by August 2014, he said that it is required that passport should be valid till 2015 at the minimum in order not to have any problem, I'm currently in UAE right now... Is there anyone who knows if this is the required expiration date? kindly help me, i need to send the application not later than next week but if i have to renew the passport then should i sent it after it has been renewed... I really need your expert advice! thanks in advance!

well...just to avoid ne inconvenience i think apply for an urgent PP nd then apply when u get it.
No problem for immigration. U can use the latest one now for initial process. Once change takes place, just inform / write letter CHC with copy of new passport.hcsantos19 said:

You still have 2 years for your pp to expire, I dont think you can renew it just because your employer says so..........Renew it when its due, no issues.
