I have an admit from McGill University for M.Eng Mechanical Engineering. I have paid my GIC (Receipt awaited), Medical test completed on 31st Oct, 2019 and CAQ applied on 12th Oct, 2019.
However it was mentioned in the SDS rulebook be CIC that my passport validity should exceed my study permit requirement. Hence I applied for a fast-track passport renewal (takes 1-3 business days). However I am worried as my GIC, CAQ and Medical Exam report will all bear my old passport number.
Will this be a hassle to get a VISA? Are there any chances of rejection?
