passport reissue problems

Dear All
i have PR card of canada. i stayed in canada for short time. My passport is going to expire in six months now am in india and want to changed my address which is different from that when i went to canada last time(that was my home state address). Can i now travel to canada with my pr card and new passport with different address.

Also if anybody knows what kind of documents i need to present before passport office of india for reissue of passport

Also i want to apply for my wife from my home state what documents she need ...she is MA, Bed and does she need to assess the credentials of here degree...

You just have to have a valid passport. Thats it. Nobody cares about the address in it.
