Passport processing time

Friends
I submit my file through express entry and got passport request on 27 october and my passport reach at ottawa CPR on 31 october.
I have flight booked already for u.s.a on 21 november. I send flight confirmation letter also with passport.
But still no update on online portal .
Did anyone has recently send passport ?
How long it takes ?
Please help.
