Hi can i apply for PR under Fsw? Was rejected visit visa on 2010 on different name passport. Will they reject it even if tell them that i used different name before.Ok

Yes you can (it might depend on the reason of the refusal though). Just be honest about the previous visa refusal.
Also, you need to show any proof you have for the name change.

I mean to say i used a fraudulent passport.

Did you get a ban from CIC?

Yes i think 5 years

If so, you can apply for PR (if eligible) since the ban is over. You will just have to be completely honest this time and list all visa refusals and all the details about that refusal and the fraudulent passport.

Thanx alot but my concern is this even after telling them all the refusals will they not have a issue with my application that i used a fraudulent passport before?

We can't be sure, it can be a Yes or a No. Why did you use a Fake Passport in the first place??

CIC might get alerted about your Fake Passport history, but you did serve the ban so I guess its all good. Good luck.
