Quick question: Do any non-accompanying family members require passport photos for this Family Class sponsorship process?

Not for the application, but will require them for the medicals.

PMM I'm resurrecting this thread because I am about to ask a question on photos and I found this one doing a search.

Why did you give the above advice when I see on IMM0008Egen, Details of Family Members, (page two):

Photos (space reserved for family member's photo).
And above that there is a box to check whether they will be accompanying or not.
In other words all family members must have photos of them supplied.

It is correct, you need to supply the photos for everyone who is a non-accompanying family member. This is the immigration photos as well as photos that go to DMP for medical.

Hi, I'm getting a bit confused. Do I supply 5 photos for the medical and 5 more photos for the application? Thank you.

04-11-2011 WOO HOO!!!
My husband has been searching for a place in the states that will take photos to the specifications on the sheet, but can only get US passport photos of his daughter. Will it be an issue if we send those for her? She is an non-accompanying family member. my husbands photos were taken in Canada and have the correct dimensions, so we lucked out there.

I figured since this was a thread on photo's i'd post mine here as well. For family members they only mean You, Your spouse and your children correct? For example. My wife and son are already Canadian Citizens. So i would need to supply photo's and medicals for just myself right?
