Passport photos! Concerned over specifications

I dont know if im overthinking this now but, had some passport photos done and measured them against the spec on the Guide 5487. Everything seems fine, but from how I see it the frame (my shoulders) is a tiny fraction wider than the 35mm on the spec.
Is that gonna be a problem?

Probably not but if it is, they will let you know to submit new photos.
