Passport photo rejected for COPR issuance

I just received an email stating my passport photo has been rejected and i need to submit another one within 7days unless my documents will be returned. I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA and i took this passport at CVS. Before i finally submitted this rejected passport i took about 3 other photos from different Walgreens/CVS location around me.
Now i have 7days to provide another photo and i don't know where else to go.

Sorry to necro an old post, but I'm going to add this in case someone finds it in the future.

I was able to use a workaround of going to a local Walgreens, having them take a normal picture with my iPhone, then sending it to visafoto.com. They gave me one back that was set to print right at 4x6 (be sure to turn off background removal).

Walgreens printed that 4x6, I bought a pair of scissors to cut it, and they put the store info on the back.

It worked just fine, without rejection.
