Passport pages sent after PPR, Is it safe to land inland or at the airport?

I submitted two marked pages (marked for police certificate which I had forgot to submit at the time of application) of my passport after PPR (on the same day) to CPC Ottawa and got the COPR a week later. It has been more than two weeks since. Although CPC never confirmed that they received the extra pages I had sent, since the COPR was issued a week after my email it leads me to believe the pages were included to my file.

Now, I am a bit worried to travel outside of Canada and come back and land at the airport because in an unlikely scenario my COPR and PR visa is cancelled while I am not in Canada due to sending passport pages after PPR, how will I travel back to Canada? I have a valid work permit and multiple entry TRV on my passport that wasn't cancelled (crossed out) physically on the passport. I am thinking of cancelling my flight (loosing a lot of money) to be on a safer side and land at IRCC office in Ottawa.

Am I being too paranoid? In case my PR visa is cancelled will my TRV be still valid for me to be able to come back to Canada? or will I have to apply for a new TRV while I am outside of Canada?

Please advise.
