Hi everyone. I'm trying to help my dad get his passport. He applied for Passport back in April - and requested for mail return. We have not heard back anything tried call center, they dont even answer. He had a medical appointment in NY, which we have rescheduled second time, now its on 25th June. We have got the tickets.
I'm in GTA, Ontario. So we plan to go to one of the Passport offices - either North York or Toronto - as the wait times are less.
I have learned there is a different line for Transfers - in which he will have to stand.
Does he need to bring his Photo as well?
Any insight and experience by any of the members - grateful for your help.
